By using DPMAP-it, you agree to use this application solely for lawful purposes related to personal performance tracking and self-assessment. You may not use this service to store, transmit, or process any information that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any applicable regulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. These terms may be updated at any time; your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
DPMAP-it stores only the information you voluntarily enter. Your data is associated with your account and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required by law. Data is stored securely and used solely to provide app functionality. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe. Upon cancellation of a paid subscription, your data remains accessible until you request deletion. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 13. We do not collect biometric, financial, or government-issued identification information. By using this app, you consent to this data handling.
DPMAP-it is an independent, privately developed tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way connected to the U.S. Department of Defense, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or any other U.S. federal, state, or local government agency. "DPMAP" refers to the Defense Performance Management and Appraisal Program, a publicly described federal program. Use of this name is solely for descriptive and informational purposes. No government agency has reviewed, approved, or validated the accuracy of content generated by this application.
DPMAP-it uses artificial intelligence to help draft self-assessment narratives. All AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, fabrications, or language that does not accurately reflect your work or meet your agency's specific standards. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and verifying all content before submitting it through any official performance management system. DPMAP-it makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any official purpose. Do not submit AI-generated text without careful human review.
DO NOT enter any of the following into this application: Classified information of any level (CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, TOP SECRET, or higher); Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of others; Protected Health Information (PHI); Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI); information subject to export control (ITAR/EAR); or any other information restricted by law, regulation, or agency policy. This is a commercial, unclassified platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring all content you enter complies with applicable laws, regulations, and your agency's information security policies. DPMAP-it assumes no liability for unauthorized disclosure resulting from user-entered content.
DPMAP-it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DPMAP-it does not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DPMAP-it and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of career opportunity, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.
Pro subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain Pro access until that date. All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, unused features, or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law. In the event of a billing error, please contact us within 30 days for review. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. Team Plan & Supervisor Seats: When a supervisor adds you to their team, your account will be covered under their team plan for the duration of your membership. If you already hold a paid individual subscription at the time you are added, your prior plan status is preserved and will be automatically restored if you are later removed from the team. Removal from a team does not entitle you to a refund of any individual subscription fees previously paid. Switching supervisors requires your current supervisor to remove you first; your individual plan (if any) will be restored during the transition and reapplied when your new supervisor adds you.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of DPMAP-it shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. By using this application, you waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit related to your use of DPMAP-it.
